ANV4DISP.DLL problem with WinXP Professional

I have a P4 2.4 GzH, with 512 DDR PC3200, FX5200 TV out 128 DDR2 ram, Audigy2 Sound Card with WinXP professional. My problem is that whenever I'm playing games or working on MSOffice program's, my computer freezes & get the message saying that there is a problem with ANV4DISP.DLL. My old motherboard (Asus P4B) broke, so I had to get a new one for the time being, so I had to get a PC Chips MB (963 v1.3). Ever since I put that board, I've been getting problems. I've updated all the MB drivers & even updates, also made sure I have all the Asus (NVidia) drivers updated, also I've installed the latest direct X 9.0C version. Can anyone help!!!
