I got the Anthology but it doesn't say which win it's for. I can get it to run a little, but it's really funky.

Funky, as in laggy, graphics or what? I remember playing dungeon siege 1 and 2 on XP without any problems. You need to give us some more info, like computer specs. If you think you meet the requirements of the game then try updating your gfx card. Can't help you any more than that.
