yeah, your $1000 isnt going to happen. new is about $1100 with rebates and shipping. comparing new with used pricing does take a sharp toll. to sell itd have to be $700 shipped, parting it out would get you closer to your asking price. only because its used, no warrenties and no returns

idk, i dont think the price drop should be that significant. ive had it for 3 months but ive only used it for about 200 hours. if i sell it to someone who doesnt have knowledge about building computers i could probably get 900 i hope.
