Hello I want to buy a new PC and I want to know if this system run Gta 4 at the best performeace:
processor : core 2 quand 2.33 Ghz
Video : 768 mb
4 GB RAM
Please I need the information fast!

We need more information. I am assuming you wave an 8800gtx? ZYou will be able to run decent settings, but GTA 4 is heavily dependent on the CPU. You better do some overclocking and even then you won't max out the game.

The answer is no, it will not run at it's highest settings.. You will be able to play a decent game at low resolutions, but that is about it.
