May i use compact flash card with pcmcia adapter on omnibook 300? Is that
work in DOS?

You can use CF cards with an adaptor in any CFII-slot, that also includes
the Omnibook 300. If it will work depends on the availability of drivers
respective BIOS support, though, which should answer your second question.
