Cannot get the game to completely recognize my XBOX 360 PC controller. When I click on Joystick and move all the buttons and toggles, I see all move on the screen, except thrust does nothing. I cannot get the planes to thrust up off the runway.
I also keep saying that I do not want the cockpit view, but it won't change. I want to see the whole plane flying. Help!!!! Desperate!!!
