I'll pay $40 shipped for the SSD. Considering I got one for $56 back in October with full warranty, this isn't outrageously low. And I'd really like a warranty with an OCZ SSD.

Good luck selling it on eBay though. Consider my offer as a Plan C.

You mean a slower OCZ Agility 3 (SATA III) 60GB? Nope, $56 for that.

That's counting a cash back deal. But considering $75 isn't an unusually low price, $56 isn't unbelievable for a special deal. Anyhow, good luck with eBay. I'm fairly certain you'll find better offers there. If you want offers here, you'll have to give us an asking price.
