Hello I have a question if I should upgrade to windows 7 or not with my current system specs and if yes to which version 32 bit or 64 bit, I'm currently using Windows XP 32bit

System specs are the following:

Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 2M Cache, 2.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, OC @ 2.8Ghz (http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?spec=sla3f)
4GB RAM Corsair DHX 800Mhz
Sapphire ATI 4770 OC @ GPU 830 Mhz and Mem Clock 850 Mhz
Motherboard Asrock G31M-S

Thanks in advance

You have 4GB of RAM, so you should use Windows 7 64-bit.

The 32-bit version of Windows 7 can only access the first 3.5GB or so of RAM depending on your video memory aperture. It will work with 4GB or more of memory, but the RAM beyond ~3.5GB will be wasted.
