Hey everyone. so i built my computer about 2 months ago.

Specs
amd 955 3.8ghz
4850x2 2gb
4gb ddr3
600gb hdd

i have a 4850 x2 2gb. so i play cs1.6/css/dod/dods/l4d i have noticed that in cs1.6 i get like crazy choke its random. sometimes i gfx lag for no reason. for l4d i put everything on max i get about 30-60 fps. i dont play that much of these anymore anyways so i just ignored it.

Is my GPU suppose to perform like this? i bought this for 200 something dollers i thought it would be good. idle tmep is at 40c.
w/e now that cod mw2 is coming out i wanna hopefully fix this. any solutions?
