After the completion of team SPF1000 last night, some ideas were bandied
about, some seriously and some not-so-seriously. For completeness, and
because I think some of the jokes would be fun, here's what was discussed:
All-Isenhart's team (no skellimancers)
The one-point wonders (one character if each class, one and only one point
in every skill)
Spearazon team
Classic D2 set team (no druids or assassins, using Beserker or Angelic,
Vidala's or Arctic, Civerb's or Milabrega's, Sander's or Infernal, Arcanna's
or Cathan's)
Some of these would be a case of "How far can we get?", but they would all
be hilarious.

Congrats, everybody!
As the founder of the group, I regret that I couldn't stick with it due
to pressing issues in RL, comp probs (and an entire litany of weak
excuses that I will omit ; ) )
Its nice to hear that the pasty faced wonders finished off Baal,
although I have no doubt that a few of the builds could have pulled off
the solo.

There are some very obvious builds for these, which we can go into if there's
any interest. And I very rarely start any character or team that I don't
consider to be hell viable, and I suggested the isenharts team in complete
seriousness. These teams would be a good opportunity for some of our
relatively new AGD members to try something a bit outside their range of
experience so far. Unlike the recently started assassin team, my suggestion
for the teams you listed above is that they be fully twinked.

If memory serves, we mostly finished with skellimancers and bone mancers, and
as we know, these are most definitely solo hell viable. But it was fun to
finish as a group. After offing Baal, we finished with a cow run, may
continue to do group MF or baal or other runs in the future.

This is a list of the D2 sets, pre-expansion:
D2 Sets After v1.08
Angelic Raiment
Arcanna's Tricks
Arctic Gear
Berserker's Arsenal
Cathan's Traps
Civerb's Vestments
Cleglaw's Brace
Death's Disguise
Hsarus' Defense
Infernal Tools
Iratha's Finery
Isenhart's Armory
Milabrega's Regalia
Sigon's Complete Steel
Tancred's Battlegear
Vidala's Rig
For a set-only crew:
Shall we define that as
A: 'one entire D2 set from the time it can be fully worn'
or
B: 'D2 set items only' in any configuration, mix and match?
and
C: Set items not in the d2 list to be sold or muled off, depending on
their awesomeness.
If we go with A: I suggest that Unique items may be used in vacant spots.
If we go with B: The mix and match is a bit more lenient, so I ask, should
we be allowed Uniques, or not?
As a starting point, I suggest rare items may be used, including imbues.
Any store or gambled item which is /not/ unique or of a forbidden set is ok.
These rules are not final.. just a template to begin with. Jabs, Hammy...
If you would add some refinements, please?
My personal preference would be B: with no uniques at all and *gasp* no
runewords or jewels. Gems, yes. Charms yes. Rares yes.
