How do i disable NF7 Onboard Driver

My Rig

Athlon 2500XP+ Barton FSB (Normally runs at 11x166 but overclocked to 10x200)
NF7 Mobo
Radeon 9800Pro
1024MB DDR400
Soundblaster Live 5.1
XP Pro

My score apparently in 3dbenchmark is low.
And the people on the forums think it's that i have'nt disabled the onboard graphics.

I've looked at the Manual and i can't see

It's done automatically I think.. But the option should be in the BIOS somewhere anyway. (under something like 'Integrated Peripherals' probably).

NF7 or NF7-M? NF7 doesn't have onboard graphics.
