Thief Collection glitches/Thief Gold edition/Thief:DS

I bought the Thief collection a while back, and I am having some weird issues with it. At first none of the games wanted to work, but when I realized I had to switch my dual core to just use the one, it fixed the original games. At least the first game. I haven't tried the second yet. The problem is, I still can't get Thiefeadly Shadows to run past the intro to the first mission, and Thief Gold edition has this weird sky smear glitch, where the textures of the tops of certain buildings smear into the sky. It's only a little bothersome, since there usually isn't much reason to look up, bit it still gets annoying. Has anyone run into these problems? Any suggestions would be great.
