MicroATX vs. ATX Performance

Are there any differences in performance between a normal ATX board and its MicroATX counterpart? Specifically, the EPoX 8RGA+ and 8RGMi+. The Micro version seems to only be missing a few PCI slots. Have I missed anything?

The only difference between ATX and Micro ATX is that Micro ATX boards are a bit shorter, having the bottom slots removed. Removing PCI slots has no affect on performance.
