Hello guys

I need some help with my pc. I am experiencing "game lagging" at around 45 second intervals... tried need for speed shift.. crysis... frontliness...same problem i am really fed up. plz help.

Specs... Asus V3 M2NC6 motherboard

Amd Am2 X2 Athlon 5000
2 GB Ram 800Mhz
Geforce 9800gt GDDR3 512mb
Xpower 580watt psu
windows pro sp3 (tried with windows 7 same problem)

The framerate drops from 35-45 to 3-7 fps at regular intervals... weird all the games same

I have tried clean installing windows and overclocking..

also installed amd dual core optimiser...

read about same problem from a few other asus and amd x2 users....

please help.
