i was playing CoD:w@w and for some reason, when i look down, the in-game character looks up. how do i change this?

Sounds like you've got some kind of mouse inversion setting turned on. Look in the options and turn any such setting off, this should fix it.

options>controls>aim

there should be an invert mouse option, change it to no.
