STORM TROOPER w/ EXTRAS!!!

Last response: in Deals

Are the lights removable if we want? This case has an LED on/off switch, right?

I'm actually looking for to buy this case because my current one is crap for housing any high end hardware - I had to put in some crazy loud fans to keep it cool. Storm Trooper looks like a sweet air cooling case. My bid is in :)

My bad, I haven't read the rules for this section...I hope I can get the trooper for roughly 70 :p

$70 wouldn't be bad but the extra $49.99 shipping seems a bit excessive !!

the selling point of this particular case to me is that it comes with 6 decent fans and a supplemental fan controller (though I'm not sure how necessary this is given the Storm Trooper's built in fan controller?)...

don't really care about the lights but I need a lot of fans to get high airflow without much noise (several fans running at 50-80 CFM is much quieter than 2 fans running at like 150 CFM.)

Also, while USPS is cheaper on smaller stuff, I don't think they're cheaper for very large packages like this (at least last time I checked).

I've verified it with my 38 lb Antec 1200 calculations. Mines is about 28$ shipped.

It depends on where you ship it to. I checked USPS and my case from LA to New York is like $80 when UPS is like $50

The fan controller on the case controls all of the fans the same. The sunbeam fan controller can controll 6 individual fans or more with splitters. I also have the last fan controller on the sunbeam controller to controll the Bitfenix lights. They can be turned on and off and can be dimmed so you can have the lights at whatever level you want.

:sol:

nice idea with the lights too... they looked like they might be too bright for 24/7 use

Well my budget for a case is topped out... if nobody else bids I have it, but $180.50 and I'm out of the race.

Glad to see you'll at least get a decent price on this one way or another! :D
