Graphical errors on game start up

OS: Windows 7 Home
GPU: XFX 4770 in crossfire
CPU: AMD Phenom X2
Motherboard: MA790X-UD4P
PSU: Corsair 650 watt

I have two issues, both fairly minor but annoying nonetheless. Whenever I first start a game I get crazy colors going. Alt + Tab will fix it though afterwards it works fine. If I close the game and start it again or start a different game there's no graphical errors on start up. The second error I have is a buzzing sound I get in both games and normal operation. In gaming it becomes more noticeable. It's not coming from the computer but from the speakers/headphones. Its not the jacks, I have my speaker plugged into the back and headphones plugged into the front jacks. I don't have a sound card, too cheap to buy one >_>

Any help would be appreciated.
