I just finished my first build and plugged the power supply in for the first time. The motherboard lights lit up, and I was happy. I turned on the system power and the it started booting up for the first time. As this happened, my roommate ran by the outlet and kicked out the power. Now the mobo lights won't turn on when I switch on the PSU. Is my computer broken for good, or is there a fix to this?

While the system is disconnected from the power, find the jumper on the motherboard labeled CL_CMOS. Pull the jumper and move it to the middle pin and the previsouly-exposed pin. Wait a few seconds, then put the jumper back to its original position. Connect the power cord. Power-on the system.
