Russian games

My roommate picked up something similar to this:

Are games actually that much cheaper in Russia or are these probably burns?

Considering it's a 5 in 1 disc from all different publishers, it's definitely a burned disc.

Yeah they sell them by the kiln every corner.You go to the seller and say"Give me 2kg of shooters and 1kg of RPGs" [:alexj022]

I watched him install one and they do look like burns. What's weird is he got RE5 and it even includes a holographic sticker of authenticity in Croatian.

As I know it is only one little spot, while there are something even kinda shops with such burned discs for about $10.
