how to fix commute time in sim city 4

We are in the future city competiton and we cant use cheats. Are commute time is at about 75. We need to get it down to 30!!! Help us!!!

Errr, I really think you'd get better advice from the SimCity 4 forums. In any case, the general rule is: the less complicated a road network, the easier for traffic to flow. Stick with long straights and normal intersections in other words, and keep those junctions away from each as much as possible.
