I am now using OE after 8 years with Netscape.

1. How does one read the whole names of the news groups when wanting to
subscribe?

2. How does one set it up so that after reading a post and closing, the
post does not show up on the next visit to the group?

3. How does one go back to look at old posts?

TIA
Wull

1. Double click the header divider to open a column to the width needed to
view the longest entry.

1. You have to drag the description windows larger. Put your mouse on the
little separator click and drag.

2. From the menu bar click on tools>options >Read tab> select mark all
messages as read when exiting...... This option will not delete the post but
it will not be bold when you re-visit the group. New messages are in bold.

3. See answer #2. There are other options you can mess with there also.
