Rome tw ctd edb mod required

Hi I'm experiencing ctd during the turn end cycle now that i've hit 218 BC, i've heard that some unofficial mods prevent this, all i've found though are dead links as they are all from 2007.

Anyone got any thoughts as to how to find it? I'm not going to post the file name, so that i'll know that i've got the right file being offered and not something dodgy

Thanks in advance, although i'm not holding out much hope.
