Graphical problems in L4D2

Hallo,
I have problems in de game L4D2.
I can't see the faces of the players en neither the special infected.
I run on winXP, graphical card : gforce6600 on pciexpress, mem 1 gig , cpu pentium4 3ghz.
I have tried to change the resolution and the setting but no result

Honestly, that sounds pretty cool. Before you fix anything, you should get a few screencaps and post them.

First thing I'd try is to just uninstall and reinstall the game. Maybe something got messed up during installation?

Well I heard that some other players have the same problem.
What I did was reinstalling my graphical card with new drivers and it fixed the problem !
