Internet connexion requirement

Hi

I have a DSL internet connexion and I want to know if it's good enough for Team Fortress 2 ?
It's a 5MB/s connection.... I mesured it at 4-4.2. And about 600KB/s upload

I don't know how to measure the latency.

It's good enough for borderlands if people don't use their mics.

Should be good enough. In any case, you can see the latency when you join a game, beside your name when you pull up the score table by holding down Tab. A general rule is that if ping goes above 200, forget about playing in the game and disconnect.
