A7V600 OC

Hi - I just got the Asus A7V600, Barton 2500, and 1 stick of 512MB Corsair XMS PC3200.

I'm know how to get into the bios and change things around, but really have no idea what settings to change or values to use to get maximum preformance out of this system. Can someone help me out?

You can probably run at 11 X 200+. Start out with 9 X 200 just to make sure the setup will handle it. Then bump your multipliers by 1/2 at a time. Run some burnin progs like sisoft sandra burn-in, to check stability and keep an eye on your cpu temps in the bios. When the system becomes unstable, back down the multiplier. If you want to push more, you can bump the fsb a liitle at a time. I would stay 3 mhz before unstable. If you want to get even higher you may have to increase the cpu and ram voltage, but leave that for another day. We dont want to turn you into a hardcore ocer overnight. No go off to the graphics forum and ask how to get the most from your video card.
