Help please!!!!

I just bought a abit nf7-sl rev2.0
and i have a barton 3000+.the problem is:today i bought one stick of 512mb ddr400 cl2 infineon cause i want to put my cpu at 200mhz, but when i try to put cpu=ddr=200mhz the system doesn´t boot!not even when i clear bios!I need to clear the bios and put a stick of ddr333 so the system could run!
The weird thing is that if i only push one of them to 200mhz(ex:cpu=200mhz , ddr=166mhz or cpu=333mhz , ddr=200mhz)the system works fine!
What could be the problem?!?!Please help!!!

isnt the 3000+ a 333 fsb? i thought the only 400fsb was the 3200+.

There is supposed to be a 400MHz FSB 3000+ coming out soon, but I haven't seen it yet.

My CPU runs so hot it creates a quark-gluon plasma

The oem 3000@ 200 X 10.5 is $269 at newegg. (in stock for a couple of weeks now)

Try relaxing your ram timings

Are you dropping the multiplier down when you increase the fsb?

Yes , this is a barton 333mhz but it works fine at 400mhz.The problem is when i put both cpu and ram at 400mhz the system doesn´t boot,not even to bios , just a black screen.I already try with the multiplier at 10 and raised the mem timmings and this crap still give no monitor signal!And when i cleor bios the system stays the same!I have to switch to a stick of 333!
