Need Help With Resident Evil 5

I Installed the game on my PC and the game starts out fine but when it gets to the NOW LOADING.... screen a windows message pops up saying "Failed open file "D:/RESIDENT EVIL 5/RESIDENT EVIL 5/nativePC/Image/Archive/event/evfpl00.arc"3"

I have tried Reinstalling the game 3 times.
Anyone got any ideas??

When you were installing a game, did an error pop-up or anything? Either your optical drive has problems reading your game discs, or one of your game discs are scratched.
