Goodmorning All,My desktop with windows 7 32bit cannot see installed 6GB RAM. Also cannot install driver for HP Officejet 7000 wide format. Kinldy assist in solving this issue pls.

Windows 7 32 bit will not be able to see more than 4GB of memory. You need the 64-bit version to address more memory than this.

As for installing your driver, what is the problem? Do you get error messages? If so, what are they; if not , what do you mean by "cannot install driver"?

+1 64bit OS

you may also need to enable physical address extension in the bios as well as going to 64bit OS.

If you go to install printer, and get to the point where it can do a windows update it should pull the drivers down, obviously do this on the 64bit version.

Move your data elsewhere before installing 64bit win 7 as there is a very very real risk that you will lose data if you don't know what you are doing.
