yes, you shoudl be fine.

the game isnt too demanding, and while your system is no power house, its not weak either.

you should be able to play on high0ish settings with a steady frame rate.

I am playing it fine on medium settings with a AM2 X2 3800+, 3GB DDR2, and a 7900GS. This is on 1024x768, though.

As long as your not on Intel GMA it probably works fine. Never try with Intel GMA. o.o 15 or less fps with lowest with 320x300. I hate GMA's.
