My question is how or where can I go to set it up where my program is only
installed in my account, and not the rest of the users? Thank you so much in

That depends on the program you are installing. Most XP programs will ask
you if it is for the current user or all users. If it does not then you may
have to do a custom install and select a path in your profile.C:\documents
and Settings\yourusername\
