I dont know if anyone ever experienced that problem and has a fix for it and I never spent much time in this section so if some thread talked about this b4 just post a link =).
Here's my problem, I have 2 30gig Hds running in RAID 0 on the onboard VIA raid controller, I also have a storage HD that I use to put on the raid controller too cuz it was IDE.
Now I wanna change that storage HD for a new 80 gig SATA hd from maxtor.
When I plug that hd (or my older one on the regular IDE), the bios wont let me choose the RAID as primary boot device. Since im running my os and apps on the RAID, I cant boot...
Im still using the rev1007 of the bios maybe a newer one might help.
I posted here 1st cuz im sure someone experienced that before.
