Everytime i try to shutdown windows xp an "error not responding" message
comes up for "hotkey", this is followed by another window with address
errors "0444510" and "41E7EBFC", this whole process prevents the
computer from shutting down so it has to be done manually. I also had
the same problems with "iexplore.exe" errors doing the same thing.

Does anyone know what caused this and how to fix it?

To err is human, but to really foul things up, you need a computer.
