HOW TO LOAD A 32 BIT ADOBE FLASH PLAYER ON A 64 BIT SYSTEM

In your Start Menu you should see Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer (64 bit) (guess which is the 32-bit one). If you don't see that you may have somehow deleted the 32-bit version. If you browse the disk you should find the program in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer.

If you can't find it I'd suggest going into "Turn Windows features on or off" in Control Panel, turning IE off, rebooting and then turning it on again.
