how do you logon with admin rights without the admin username and password?


Is there any possible way short of format/reload?

Um... I'm not quite sure I know what you are after but I'll offer up a few things.
If you just want your account to be an admin so that you don't want to have to log in as admin when doing things (installing, removing, etc) then just add your account to the admin group under Computer Managment.
If you are trying to gain admin access on a computer that you don't have and/or have never had admin access to I'm afraid I can't help you much.
