Default e mail

Hello,
I try to email someone on there sight and it states I don't have default email install How do I do this Window 7

Windows 7 does not include an e-mail program. You have to download and install one - the most commonly used programs are:

Windows Live Mail: http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail
Thunderbird: http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/

I use Thunderbird and have been very happy with it.
