Telnet port?

Really, i don't use it ,but this was a part of my question"How to close
it",any hints?

Go to Control Panel -> Administrator Tools -> Services

Scroll down to Telnet, double-click it and then set the Startup Type: to
Disabled. Press stop below that and Telnet will no longer be listening on
your machine.
