Can you have two names on one steam account

I have a steam account with MW2. My son love the game and we are wondering if he could create another game profile on my account? He want to be able to have his own profile, like in pass COD game.

In pass COD games you can create multiple user profiles. Each profile would then keep track of each users progress online or offline. He wants to start his own user profile. Is this possible with steam/MW2?
