Problem with my NF7-S

I set up my new mobo, but whenever I try to install windows on my HD, it goes to the installation screen, then it auto-shuts down and my mobo starts beeping.

And in the times it does a successful install of windows, when I try to shut down, it begins to beep again and I have to reset the cmos and reformat .

Best place to start would be with some other brand of ram. Have you got a friend who would let you swap for a while?
