Where EasyShare stores images on transfer is selected from the EasyShare
Preferences menu on the "Transfer" tab. (under Tools in the Menu Bar)

Click Browse and navigate to the folder You want EasyShare to save images
to. "My Pictures" is located by default at C:\Documents and Settings\<user
name>\My Documents\My Pictures (where "user name" is your Windows user name)

If desired before making the change take note of where the images are
currently being stored and you can move the ones you already have to your
"My Pictures" folder using Windows Explorer.

If you do move your current pictures EasyShare will lose track of them.
Click "Check for missing pictures" also on the Tools Menu to reconnect their
new location to the EasyShare database.

Try the Camera and Scanner Wizard:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\wiaacmgr.exe -SelectDevice

Works fine with my DC3400.
They go to My Pictures.
