pls help!!!

after delete 122 files found by spyware doctor ,all IE,OUTLOOK,system
rsetore can't use anymore.,and this spyware doctor has no restore
function,then i use sfc £¯scannow to repair the os, it
can't work also,pls help.

It is SFC /SCANNOW (there is a space between C and /)
