Sometimes I run across folders while doing file maintenance that are
empty but they have some size to them.
Lately I find them in my pictures folder. These are folders that I
created at some point and had stuff in them at some point but over
time, I have moved stuff around and forgot about them. But then Ill see
them and want to delete them but they are of size. Like about 350k or
so. Different than typical empty folders. I cannot see any files in
them though.
I am worried about deleting something that I dont want deleted.
Any ideas as to why the folder has size to it?

No reason to believe theres a hidden file in a folder I created to put
pics in so Im not thinking its a hidden file.

thanks
dave

Instead of "not thinking" - prove it.
Turn on the showing of hidden and system files and look. =)
