Every time I start my computer up, I get a message from my firewall if I
want this to access the internet. What is this?

It's the Print Spooler service, it Loads files to memory for later printing.

Unless you're on a network, do not allow it access. And select whatever
option to not bother you again.

This is a common occurrence.
