The inactive icons on my taskbar wont hide. They usually hide themselves, and
i'm sure some of the icons should be hidden after a few moments but no icon
is hiding anymore. Ive tried to restore the default settings in the
"costumize notification" several times, but it doesnt do anything.

May i know what's wrong and what i should do to resolve this?

Are you referring to icons in the Notification Area (to the immediate left
of your clock)?

Open the Customize Notifications tab again > Select the first one in the
list and change it to another setting, if only temporarily > OK your way out
and wait a little bit (or reboot).

If you have no icons in the true Taskbar, the Notification Area icons might
not auto-hide.
