Benchmark Tool For Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Is there some sort of benchmarking tool for MW2 like Crysis has? I want to benchmark my PC and most games before I salvage from it. I can get a reading from FRAPS, but I can't play the game and watch it at the same time.

theres no actualy benchmarking tool (this is a console port after all).

i belive there is a way to record your fraps results to a graph though, so you can see how it fluctuates. so you could play the same section a few times and compare the graphs. you'll need to google it though, i dont remember how you do it.
