HP officejet d135 blinking lights

For sometime now, my officejet d135 frequently flashes all of the lights on
the panel at the same time and the LCD panel instructs to turn off the
printer. When I press the power button it resets and works normally until
this happens again. Some days this will happen up to 5 times a day.

HP said it was a power problem, but their only help was to suggest I plug it
directly into a wall outlet instead of a surge-protector. This made no
difference for me.

Is this lights out for my all-in-one?
