Soyo KT600

Any word about these motherboards? I do love my Soyo KT333 Dragon Ultra , yet I would like to upgrade without too much difficulty, so the Soyo KT600 Dragon Ultra seems like a good choice.

Upgrading on AthlonXP based mobo is not very recommended now because AMD64 and FX will become the main stream now. If you really want to upgrade then I would say go for nForce2 based instead of KT600 so that you can overclock much more better and hold your current CPU longer until you get the next generation of CPU.
