Im not dead set on selling yet, But if a nice enough offer comes my way im seriously considering it.
All parts were ordered in March of 2011 besides the GPU which was purchased early this year.
Everything is in great shape and has ran flawlessly since i built it. I did have a case fan start to give out on me, Would spin slowly and needed a tap to spin up sometimes when booting. I since removed the fan (230mm Side fan) with no loss in cooling.

I have the original boxes and everything that came with each component for everything listed besides the monitor.
(O/C Note): CPU HAS seen 4.4ghz for a very short period of time, Long enough for testing. Rolled it back down to 3.8 because 4.4 just wasn't needed. The GPU overclocked very well also but has been at stock clocks since.
