I cant remember the name of a thief game

Ok so I played a demo of this game years ago and I have no recolection of what it was called and I want to find it. The basic story was that you had just got out from prison and needed to rebuild your name as a proffesional thief or something like that. You played the game from a third person perspective and planned your heists against various buildings, starting with a gas station and working your way up. Is there anyone out there who knows what it was called? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have no idea when it came out but have since remembered it, it was called The Sting.
