I'm seting up my first XP machine. I have 2 users, me as
administrator and my wife as a basic user. Every time my wife logs
off and I log on Zone Alarm crashes and has to be rebooted, but it
diesn't happen when I log off and my wife then logs on. I've tried
searching for advice with no luck, can anyone help please?

Brian, I had the exact same problem when switching between two accounts
(when switching from account 1 to 2, all was OK, but when switching from 2
to 1, ZA died).

I'm using the latest build of the Suite. I completely uninstalled and
reinstalled and that fixed it for me. Here's how I did it. Note that you'll
lose all of your configuration settings so if you need to write down your
firewall entries, etc. do it now.

1. Set ZA so that it does not startup with the OS (Overview | Preferences)
2. Reboot
3. Uninstall ZA from Add/Remove Programs
4. Delete the directory "Internet Logs" (C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs)
5. Reinstall

Thanks Rick. I found a work around after my OP. Unchecking load at
start up and starting ZA\manually - by whoever loged on first -
stopped the problem. I'd also reinstalled once, but without removing
the log.
