Useing Tomshardware forums to sell computer parts.

Hi,
A friend gave me about 50+ new, unopened cables for computers/monitors to sell on eBay. I only know what I find on the cables themselves and some research - taking too much time and is confusing to me. Does anyone buy cables like these in bulk? These cables were from computers/monitors bought around 6 months ago. I just want to rid myself of these things. Any advice is appreciated.
